We’ve Acquired Ruutly.com

That’s right, the team keeps growing, and our product keeps improving. 

Ruutly was founded by Ryan Porter to give employers a scalable way to visually tell their employer brand story in their job postings. Without extra work by recruiters, Ruutly automatically transforms static, text job postings into interactive, delightful candidate experiences whenever a new job is added to a company’s ATS.

Ruutly has been helping big brands such as Indigo, Haleon, GSK, Siemens, and Coachhub bring their job postings to life. And we look forward to applying Ruutly’s technology to the CareerBeacon platform, so our incredible customers have the opportunity to have the same great experience. 

Since launching in 2016, Ruutly’s employer branding technology has made a distinct impression in the space with 13,000+ job postings and 4000+ social share images live at any given time and is active in 35+ countries and in 12+ languages. 

In fact, Ruutly’s job posting transformations have improved its clients’ quarterly job posting view rates by up to 54% and apply click rates by as much as 152%.

We believe in Ruutly’s mission to improve the candidate experience, and it is exactly aligned with our own, to create a space where employers and job seekers finally meet. 

We’ve hired Ruutly’s Founder and CEO, Ryan Porter

When I met Ryan, I immediately picked up on his passion and innovative mindset to truly improve the candidate experience in a way that not many others in our industry have done. He built a great company with Ruutly, and I’m thrilled that he’s joined our team as our new Head of Product. 

This means that our team at CareerBeacon is even more robust with top-notch talent and that our development team will now be led by an inspirational product innovator. We now have 19 talented team members, and our collaborative company structure means that we’re all actively working toward our mission to highlight job seekers and employers and further connect them with opportunities. 

Ruutly is a perfect addition to our platform, and Ryan is a perfect hire for our team.
