One of the ways to go about it is to launch your career in one of the highest-paying sectors.
Another is to land a job at one of the companies that offer the greatest compensation. To help out with that plan, a new report has just come out detailing which organizations are the most generous.
The market research firm Small Business Prices analyzed 100 of the world’s biggest brands to determine which companies pay the highest average salary and how their employees rate them as a place to work.
The top five for employee satisfaction were Google (coming in at #1), Facebook, Microsoft, Mastercard, and Cisco. Perhaps unsurprisingly, four of the five top-ranked places to work also make the list of highest-paying brands.

On the flip side, it was brands such as McDonald’s, Budweiser, and Zara ranked among the companies offering employees the lowest annual average salary. These firms had an average payroll of between $50,000 and $56,000).
The survey also noted which brands were top-rated by their customers. The top five brands for consumer satisfaction were Lego (#1), Amazon, Lexus, Nivea, and Sap.
